The hostel features certain rooms that include a balcony and city view, and every room is equipped with a private bathroom and a wardrobe. At Hotel Palma the rooms include a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Although the breakfast was included in the price we booked on booking because of the discounts offered by booking due to the loyalty progemmes, we didn't receive any breakfast and we were requested to pay extra money for having breakfast🤢. Also, for the accommodation, we needed to pay additional costs/taxes because the receptionist said that the price on booking is not the same with the price of the hotel did not agree with booking company for the discounts. What a shame! Despite all these facts, I appreciated that we received a better room than the one initially booked.

Great location, quieter part of town but within walking distance to the centre of Novi Pazaar. The apartment had all the necessary facilities that we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from our balcony was lovely, we enjoyed having our morning coffee there. The host was always responsive and accommodating. Good value for money.

The property was beautiful! Looks nicer than in the photos! Great location, only a few minutes walk to the centre. Large bed, desk space for work, bathroom and washing machine. Everything you need

The rooms were stunning, beds were very comfortable, bathroom fitted with all fine details, adjustable aircon to suit in each room. The continental breakfast had a fab variety of food, all hot food made to order. Great location. Suggestion: Book your wellness session when you arrive as spots fill up quickly

Amazing property! Great location, 2 minutes from Main Street. 2 outside pools - one roof and another just outside the property (I didn’t see the pictures on booking.com but it’s huge maybe 12 metres by 5 metres). We went to the aqua park and were so disappointed, should have just stayed at the hotel. Sun beds, cabanas Clean, great amenities, owners are SOOO kind and helpful, supermarket next door. For the price this was so much greater than expected. Would recommend

Great location. Big parking. Serbia is frendly for smoking , so is this hotel. Nice staff. Great SPA, massages are professional and very good rates.
