I highly recommend to stay here!! The first thing I noticed about this hostel was that the owner makes everything clean and organized. In the kitchen, there are basic utensils, electronic pot, microwave, drinking water and fridge. The bed in dorm room is fairly big for one person and comfortable. There are a power socket, personal light for each bed and you can use a locker too. The location was great. 10 minutes walking to the beach, 3 minutes walking to 7-11, a lot of local restaurants, a local market, beverage shops and fruits shops. 10 minutes to massage shop by foot. I could go to the main pub area in 20 minutes by foot as well. But the best thing is that even it is close to all things I need, the hostel area is not noisy. I only can hear the noise from the cars or scooters at night even I used the bed just right in front of the balcony door. As a female solo traveler, I feel it is a quite safe area to walk around at night. People mingle in the living room at night. We talked about our travel stories and shared the recommendations. I have met good travel buddies and we went to the bars a few times. I have to mention the owner of this hostel, Tharita. She is a local and takes care of the guests so well. We shared our personal stories, cooked together and she showed me around the area, recommended the spots and helped me to organize to go to the pier/tour. She is a very nice, lovely and funny lady. She speaks very good English and she is more than happy to let you know what is a real Thai experience. All guests like her and she also likes the influence from other cultures and wants to learn from them. She made my day many times. I'd like to come back this hostel to see her and talk more about our stories. I will miss DK1. P.S: don't be skeptical about the rating. 9.6 out of 10 is real. If you stay at DK1, you will know why this hostel marks so high score. Tharita works really hard to make this hostel nice and feel like home.

Aforetime House @ Samui se nachází v destinaci Taling Ngam pláž a nabízí služby concierge, nekuřácké ubytování, sdílený lounge, bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách a terasu. Staff was exceptional. Super friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it’s very quite. But it is a 30 min walk from the next convenience store. You have restaurants in walking distance though.

The Rock Samui Poshtel Lamai Beach se nachází v Lamai Beach a nabízí ubytování s venkovním bazénem, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, soukromou pláží a sdíleným loungem. Beautiful place! Pool/beach area is amazingly beautiful. Nice quiet area just out of lamai, clean big dorm rooms, great massage place across the street. Happy to go back there next week:)

Ananas Samui Hostel se nachází v destinaci Laem Set a nabízí venkovní bazén, zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. Moonlight s partnerem jsou moc milí a nápomocní. Pokoj pro me měli připravený drive, než byl oficiální check-in. Jakmile jsem zmínila, že jsem nervózní z řízení auta vlevo, tak se Moonlight nabídla, že se se mnou projede a řekne, kdybych mohla něco zlepšit. Dostala jsem pár užitečných tipů jak ohledně auta, tak co vidět v okolí. Celkově jsem si pobyt užila, je tam klid. Zaroven je nutné zmínit, že se vám na pokoji mohou objevit ještěrky, jelikož je ubytovani uprostřed zeleně. 😊

Nomad Stay Hostel with Coworking Space se nachází v destinaci Nathon Bay a nabízí sdílený lounge, bezplatné Wi-Fi a neplacené soukromé parkoviště pro hosty, kteří přijedou autem. The hostel is nice and cheap for the Koh Samui island, its very a new hostel ran by an outstanding main lady who has loads of passion, the beds are comfy and not loud like other hostels. The facilities are great aswell.

TRIBE by Aforetime se nachází v destinaci Nathon Bay a nabízí ubytování se soukromými balkony. all Super good, nice big rooms with good fridge, staff super good too.

Tian Ming Hostel se nachází v destinaci Ko Samui a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Pláž Chaweng Beach se nachází 800 metrů daleko a Rybářská vesnice Bophut 5,3 km. Best hostel I’ve stayed at, the owner and staff are amazing. The beds are the comfiest I’ve slept in for a while and there’s a big common area that has beanbags, TVs with PlayStation 5s and plenty of fans to keep you cool. The hostel is also very close to everything you need, there’s a night market and 7/11 a 1 minute walk away.

Tnon Samui Hostel se nachází v Chaweng Beach a poskytuje ubytování s soukromou pláží, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, sdíleným loungem a terasou. Pláž Chaweng Beach je 200 metrů daleko. The owners are very friendly and kind. They assisted with everything. A friend had an accident with the scooter and they took care of everything. Laundry service available. Good position. Powerful A/C. They could provide better cloth storage or a mirror in the room in the future, but they just opened a month aho and i think they‘re coming up with that.

Samui Backpacker Hotel se nachází v Bangraku, 1 minutu chůze od mola, odkud se dostanete na ostrov Ko Phangan a ke slavným večírkům při úplňku. Nabízí společné i soukromé pokoje s bezplatným Wi-Fi. The staff where amazing. Son kind and helpful. Everything was cleaned daily.
