We arrived 2,5 hours later than expected around midnight. Although the host left the hostel at 9pm already, he opened the door for us and told us what we needed to know. Thanks for this exceptional flexibility. The location is very good, in the center of Hualien close to the train station. The beds were very comfortable, the room was well cleaned, the common area was a nice place to chill. the next morning we left early to Taroko National Park. We were able to check out early without any problems. We had a great stay and the best sleep in a long time!

Great location close to the train and bus station as well, and the host is lovely, speaks english very well and has a lot of recommendations.

Big bathrooms with large and modern showers. There was also a big washing machine where you could wash your clothes for just 40NTD (laundry soap included). The staff was extremely nice; even though English was not their strength, they were always available to help us and meet our needs. They offered us free snacks throughout the stay, which was very much appreciated. The location is ok, you have everything you need just a few minutes of walk away.

Really cute and cozy lounge area and spacious bunk rooms. Walkable to the station. They had 3 bikes for guests to take around town and the best part was riding them around the gorgeous bike path close by. Highly recommend.

I have stayed here a few times over the years and it is always amazing. The beds are very comfortable and private. The showers are hot and have good pressure. The owner is very kind and helpful and really makes sure the guests are taken care of. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. This will always be my go-to hostel when I’m in Hualien.

I was solo traveler with my bike. The owner also good cyclist, and gave me some local info likes warning point on the road. You can keep your bike on their lobby with the bike stand. The hotel is front of sight seeing point, and close to walk to the restaurants and conveniences stores. (So the hotel is Not noisy outside). I strongly recommend this hotel.

Brilliant coffee at the coffee shop downstairs. Should be a role model for any hostel.
