I was there for late night and early morning so booked a cheap hotel in great location just in front of dong xuan market. There is no elevator but they carried and brought down our luggage. They were very loving and sweet.

I stayed almost my whole time in Hanoi here and loved every bit of it. The staff are so kind and helpful, the place is spotless, and the common areas are perfect for relaxing or socializing. It's quiet even though you're in the city center, and honestly, I made some great friends here. Will 100% come back next time I’m in Hanoi. It's a bit hard to find the place but the staff was so helpful

Hanique Cafe and Stay está en Hanói, a 7 min a pie de Puerta de la ciudad vieja, y dispone de servicio de conserjería, habitaciones libres de humo, salón de uso común, wifi gratis en todo el... New modern home stay. Very clean with good facilities and helpful staff :) I would stay here again. Good location in Hanoi in a slightly quieter part of the city but you can walk to the old quarter in 15 mins and there is lots of local food places and coffee shops.

The capsule was spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff was very kind. I had an airport pickup organised by them and everything went very smoothly. The location is nice, very quiet area but also very close to the famous railway restaurant street. Lot of storage for your luggage too. I could come again. Thank you for your help.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Certainly the best shower I’ve had on that travel. Enjoyed the hot water and powerful showerhead. The staff was unbelievable helpful and friendly I dropped my wallet in the taxi, thanks to their great help I got it back.
