The hotel was clean, comfortable and breakfast was the best we’ve had during our trip to Vietnam! The manager Mia was the highlight of our stay here. She was so kind and accommodated our 1 am arrival from the bus without any issue. She even upgraded our room when a new one was available! If we come back to Sapa, we will definitely be staying here again.
