The apartment is very warm and cozy, It is very easy to be accessed by everyone as there are many roads around it. It is located on the second floor of the residence It is organized by a super spacious living room with a small and very comfortable kitchen characterized by cleanliness and simplicity. It is organized in two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and is very spacious, characterized by the color of the brick and with an exit to the balcony, where there is a wonderful view of Tirana and the Durrsi street, and in front of it, a new pedestrian crossing has just been inaugurated. The second room is divided into two single beds and creates a warmth with the green color that characterizes the bedroom and you will feel very relaxed, tranquility in this apartment is primary. The toilet is all new, there is a window where fresh air is always present.

The neighborhood is one of the quietest and most characteristic places of old Tirana. It is wonderful because it offers a lot of facilities. A new building has just been built where the first floor of the entire building will be a super market It is easily accessible as it is connected to several alleys where one of them takes you to Minepeza street where there is a bakery called Le Bon. The Ministry of Education is located on the main street where the apartment is located. There is a cafeteria called Flora, it is an attraction as it is one of the oldest cafeterias in Tirana, it is only 50 meters from the center of Tirana. In front of the apartment is a newly renovated pedestrian street with bars and greenery
