The neighborhood is only a 5-minute walk from the Grand Park of Tirana that includes the artificial lake, children’s playgrounds, and landmarks... so, despite the recent and ongoing urbanization, this area still remains one of the most relaxing places in the city and you may find the early-morning run more than an enjoyable experience. In the southern end of the Park, you’ll find the Zoo and the Botanical Garden. A complex of open pools and calcetto fields is situated within a short distance from the property. There are many sport facilities like a closed pool, gyms and SPAs in the area. Take a walk to discover the city, ride a bike using the dockless bike share service, or simply enjoy a drink and the view from the comfort of your private garden terrace. But it is not over!
