Dsegh Village House is a a lovingly renovated village house in the heart of the Dsegh village - birthplace of famed Armenian author Hovhaness Tumanyan. The property is a 160 year old cottage that we personally renovated, preserving the old features coupled with modern facilities, super fast wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. Relax in your very own outdoor terrace, complete with firepit and BBQ. Enjoy breathtaking views from the balcony terrace. The living spaces are all in the ground floor, with 1 living area complete with sofa and smart TV with youtube, then 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a large king size bed, whilst the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The property is equipped with 20 Megabit fiber and mesh wifi for all your working needs. Please note that the site does not process our payments, and as such, the payment is in cash or bank transter, or card to card transter!

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in the heart of Dsegh village, set in its own 1000 square meter grounds. You will be given the the map location. Please remember that this is a village house, so be prepared to see some wandering cows or chickens in the road! You might also face some insects in the house, we ask that you be kind and don't destroy them, just let them outside :) There are local people everywhere, but if you need a driver or a taxi , do let us know and we will do our best to help!
