The guest house is located in the center of Martuni, just 200 meters from the main cross road leading to Yerevan and Syunik province. Freshly renovated, modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. Shops, banks, cafes are within walking distance. From the terrace you can see a beautiful view of the mountains. The owners of the guest house are ready to help on any issue, even organizing an excursion to the mountains with a picnic (to be agreed in advance).
