A beautiful garden is located right in front of the building, creating a calm and pleasant environment. During winter, this garden transforms into Yerevan’s biggest Christmas market, making it a truly special place to stay.
All major attractions, cafes, and shops are within walking distance, and the metro station is just a 3-minute walk away. Surrounded by popular restaurants and vibrant city life, it’s the perfect choice for guests who want to explore Yerevan on foot while enjoying comfort and tranquility.

Many government offices, banks, shops, cafés, and restaurants are right nearby, even in the same building or within very short walking distance.
Sunlight, clean streets, nice sidewalks — typical of the city center. The urban energy is lively during the day with people working, dining, shopping, etc., but late evenings are calmer.
Cultural points: The Hakob Paronyan State Musical Comedy Theatre is on the same street. So you’re very close to performing arts venues.
For everyday needs: there are restaurants and cafés steps away, shopping and banks are easy to reach, public transit (metro) is also very accessible.
