This is a 2 story house in Vaghashen village just near Martuni city. Only the first floor is renovated and is for rent. It has a huge garden, 3 full bathrooms, a huge kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. More than 10 people can easily stay here and enjoy their stay.
Only the first story of the house is for rent. No one stays in the house's second story so that all guests can enjoy their privacy during their stay.
Hello! I’m Khachik, the owner of Patates Guest House in Martuni, right by the beautiful Lake Sevan. While I live in Yerevan, I personally manage the guesthouse to ensure every detail is taken care of and every guest feels welcome.
In my earlier life, I was a professor at Yerevan State University. Since 2014, I’ve left academia to focus entirely on my own ventures—Patates Guest House being one of them.
For several years, I was actively involved with Armenia’s 4x4 Club, exploring remote lakes, mountain trails, and hidden gems across the country. If you’re looking to discover some of these off-the-beaten-path natural treasures, I’ll be happy to help with advice—or even guide you myself if time allows.
