The newly built house is the ideal accommodation for up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. You are in a very quiet location in Kirchberg on the Achenweg. To the village center it is 1,800 meters. The location is an ideal starting point for hikes in the valley, directly from the apartment. Also the bike path Spertental passes directly by the apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. It has a south-facing terrace and a small garden. The fully equipped modern kitchen has an oven, hob, a great fridge including freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, tea maker and Bora extractor fan hob. It is designed as a living/kitchen with dining table, spacious sofa area and Smart TV. From the kitchen-living room there is access to the garden. 2 double bedrooms with terrace access, blinds, closet and modern Smart TV. 1 bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and the high-quality box spring beds are of course bedded. In the entrance area there is a small wardrobe and a separate storage room for luggage or clothes. Furthermore, there is a ski cellar and a heated ski boot room. Here you have access to a washing machine and a drying room. There is 1 free parking space per apartment We recommend to leave your ski equipment at the ski depots at the lifts and to take the free ski bus.

The bus stop "Obwiesen" is about 500 meters away. The train station Kirchberg is 2,300 meters away. For skiers, with Pengelsteinbahn (2,100 meters), Maierlbahn (2,000 meters) and the Gaisbergbahn (950 meters) with toboggan run 3 lifts are in the immediate vicinity, as an entrance to the ski area KitzSki. Also the ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser is quickly accessible via the Ki-West gondola (2,500m). The practice slope, as well as cross-country skiing trails and restaurant, bars and shopping opportunities are largely in the center of Kirchberg.
