As soon as you enter the entrance area, you are greeted by the pleasant atmosphere of the apartment. The entrance area leads directly into the modern bathroom with shower and toilet. The bathroom also has fresh towels for all guests, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. The hallway leads to the living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and a cozy reading corner. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed, providing additional space for another adult or two children. The bedroom is accessible from the dining area and has a double bed (180x200) and a very spacious closet for clothes and suitcases. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Around the accommodation: A small supermarket (Spar) is within walking distance of the apartment and larger supermarkets are just a few minutes away by car. An indoor swimming pool with sauna can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. The Brunnalm ski area on the Hohe Veitsch is reachable in a short time by car. There is also a separate children's area for kids. You can also rent equipment such as skis, toboggans, or snowshoes directly there and if you let us know early enough, we can organize excursions and experiences for you. Now, especially in winter, it's not just the Hohe Veitsch-Brunnalm ski area that impresses, but also the nearby Zauberberg Semmering and Stuhleck mountains. Whether skiing, tobogganing, ice skating, ski touring, snowshoeing, or simply walking, everything is possible in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. A vacation here offers not only a stunning mountain landscape but also numerous opportunities for a perfect winter vacation. Styrian cuisine can also be explored here through the many excellent restaurants in the surrounding area.
