This cozy holiday apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located in the small town of Salchau, near Oberwölz-Lachtal in the Murau district of Styria. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a children's bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 parking spaces. The Lachtal ski area is only 8 minutes away from the holiday apartment and offers great skiing and snowboarding opportunities with around 26 kilometers of slopes. Furthermore, this holiday apartment is located directly in the Kreischberg / Murau winter sports area, an absolute paradise for hikers and skiers with over 42 km of slopes. In addition to winter sports, you can also go hiking near the property. When the weather is nice, you can also go on bike tours, or alternatively visit the Krakaudorf bathing lake in Krakow/Murau, a natural bathing lake at around 1,170 meters above sea level, or the Tieber-See bathing lake in Röthelstein for swimming fun in the summer. Directly in town or in Oberwölz Stadt you will find plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants. Note: That the guest must contact HO briefly by email or telephone the day before check-in regarding the key handover or code so that the guest can enter the house the next day without any problems. A security deposit of EUR 80,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
