Absolute Beachfront - 84 The Spit Holiday Apartment complex is in a prime location - an unbelievable position for a relaxed family holiday at reasonable rates. Situated on the exclusive Mooloolaba Spit, these large apartments in the 10 storey high rise are an icon on the famous Mooloolaba spit.
Ray & Lynlea have been in the hospitality business for a good number of years before taking over 84 The Spit in 2023.
Mooloolaba’s beach is unsurpassed and one of the most famous beaches on the Sunshine Coast. A curve of northern facing white sand is surrounded for its entire length by shady park-lands, picnic areas and playgrounds. Patrolled throughout the year, the naturally sheltered aspect of the beach provides exceptionally safe swimming conditions. More than just a memorable holiday, a stay at 84 on the spit in Mooloolaba is an outstanding experience. You can have a pleasant stroll or jog along the boardwalk. The Surf Club and Cafes of the Mooloolaba Esplanade are a short 200m walk along the Boardwalk. Underwater World SEALIFE & the Wharf Complex of shops and restaurants are just a minute walk away. Australia Zoo, Fishing, Scuba diving, Whale Watching (in season), Eumundi Markets, The Big Pineapple, Amaze World etc all within driving or walking distance
