A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand grew for expansion into other areas and A Perfect Stay was born. A Perfect Stay now manages over 300 private and elegant homes in many parts of Australia including; the Gold Coast and Brisbane in Queensland, Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, and Sydney, Byron Bay, Tweed Coast, Lennox Head, and Scotts Head in New South Wales.

Byron Sunrise is ideally located just 2.1km (5 minute drive) from North Belongil Beach - a pleasant swimming spot away from Byron’s main beaches. The home is tucked away a short distance from Habitat and Byron’s Arts and Industrial Estate (850m), where guests will find a collection of shops, eateries and local businesses. Byron Sunrise is also close to the family friendly North Byron Hotel (1.1km).
