You'll fall in love with this beautiful home, which has ducted heating and cooling, four bedrooms, two living areas, a huge kitchen, and two bathrooms, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The house is fully fenced and even welcomes your furry friend and there's a steep ascent to the garage, so drive straight in and enjoy. The home is tastefully decorated, with everything brand new minus a few vintage gems. The bedrooms include a master suite with a queen bed with a king-sized doona, a spacious ensuite with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity, plus a walk-in robe. The other rooms have queen beds with king-sized doonas or two king singles. Both living areas come with large screen TVs, Netflix, and wifi. The kitchen is modern, with a walk-in pantry, and plenty of cookware. The dining table comfortably seats eight, and the bathrooms are equally impressive, with a large soaker bath and walk-in shower. Outside, you'll find a paved area with a large outdoor setting that seats eight, a plumbed-in BBQ and sun lounges. There's even a hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off sand or saltwater. Please note that this is a residential area, so we ask that you keep noise to a minimum and avoid parties. There's parking for two cars in the garage, but unfortunately no room for boats or vans. Welcome to Adagio - a beach house that's a hop, skip, and a jump from both the front and back beaches, with the golf course just a stone's throw away. Adagio is located in the new Lonsdale Shores estate, adjacent to Old Point Lonsdale and just outside the Lonsdale Links Golf Course. It's a short drive to Geelong, Ocean Grove, Queenscliff, and the ferry to Melbourne.
