Cheltenham is for great neighbors and village feel. It is close to public transports, highways so you can get to everywhere without drama. An established area with established gardens - lots of trees and bird life made it a great spot for beach lovers, park lovers, golf lovers as well as shopping lovers. Only 3-10 minutes drive to some of the best beaches in Melbourne (Parkdale, Modialoc, Menton, Sandringham, Brighton beaches. Our place is right in the heart of well known Sandbelt region, home to the top 2 golf courses in Australia (Royal Melbourne and Kingston Heath) and many other prestigious golf courses around.
