- The owner of this lovely Studio just move to overseas for about half year. she request our company to manage this studio for her to find long term or short term tenant to cover the cost of her home loan during her trip to overseas. - Upon your checking date before your arrival, Please note before booking, we require a 200 deposit as a guarantee for the keys and room facilities. We recommend making the deposit via bank transfer, or you can prepare cash to give to our housekeeper. We do not have a POS machine and do not accept credit card payments for the deposit AND please provide a Photo ID by message, if I am not nearby, I will send you the self check in instruction after Photo ID received - I list this Studio here as Homestay rather than a hotel, I can't do the professional hotel services. - Please make sure to read the information mentioned above, if you have any considerations, please contact me immediately once you read this message. I don't accept unreasonable cancellations. - Thanks for your understanding and cooperation
