All of our apartments are equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Please note that our apts are not positioned on noisy Fitzroy St they are in the quiet central building.
Lounge Room - Our lounge rooms all offer large L-shaped leather lounge suites so you can stretch out & watch TV without being cramped.
Kitchen - The pantry has a range of teas & coffees, including a Nespresso machine with coffee pods. We leave you a carton of full fat milk, if you prefer a different style let me know.
Bathroom - In our bathrooms you will find Pantene shampoo/conditioner, a range of soaps, men/women's deodorant & body moisturiser.
Bedroom - To help you get a great night's sleep, we offer a range of pillows from which to choose, as well as additional blankets. For you convenience, the wardrobe contains a shoe rack, set of small draws & tubs to store your belongings. We also have loads of hangers.
Balcony - Our balcony has 2 comfy chairs & views of bamboo trees. There is also an electric BBQ on the balcony.
Our apartments are modern, comfortable, quiet & bigger than average hotel rooms, offering far more space at great value prices. We live in the building so are always on hand to answer any questions you have. We take pride in greeting you personally, showing you to your room & checking you out.
To help you get around easily, we have public transport options on our doorstep, as well as restaurants, cafes, bars & bakeries. Positioned opposite Albert Park Lake and minutes from the beach, you can walk with some beautiful views.
Please note no noise after 10pm, no guests allowed who have not checked in. This is to minimise noise in our quiet building.
We love to meet all our guests and want to make their trip to St Kilda memorable. We encourage guests to ask any questions or guidance of where to go and what to do. As we also live on site we are more than happy to respond quickly to questions you might have.
Loads of restaurants and bars on Fitzroy St for you to enjoy. There are 3 different tram lines that come to St Kilda so no car necessary. Directly outside building we have trams to city (10 mins), South Melbourne, St Kilda Road, Brunswick and most places in Melbourne. 15 min walk to Chapel St.
St Kilda marina will be open in a couple of months where you can visit the penguins.
