The property is just over 1km from the main street attractions of Healesville including Cafes and Restaurants, Boutique Shops, Wineries and Gin Distilleries. It is only 2km from Healesville Sanctuary. Situated at the rear of a 1.6 acre property - Guests have a 2 bedroom cottage with a large front garden with view and a private enclosed rear yard. It has a fully functional kitchen and outdoor BBQ so you can choose to eat in or stroll down to the local restaurants and eateries. The property is suitable for 4 people and the two bedrooms can be set up as one king and one queen bed or two singles and one queen . It is perfect for up to two couples of a family with 2 children. A washing machine is available is within the cottage. There is a private driveway and entrance with a double covered carport for parking vehicles. A key less door code is provided for entry , so there is no need to arrange to pick up a key. Arrival anytime after 2pm on arrival day and departure by 10am.

I love the Healesville area in the Yarra Valley. There is so much too see and do in all seasons of the year. For families there is the iconic Healesville Sanctuary, Maroondah Dam and Yarra Valley Chocolaterie, Lake Mountain snow area (only 50km away), Yarra Valley Tourist Railway, places to fish and many local walks. There are great opportunities to bike ride on local paths and mountains nearby. Warburton Bike Trail is only a 15 minute drive from Healesville. For adults and big children there are numerous Wineries, Gin distilleries (Four Pillars), Music Concerts (at Rochford Winery), Breweries ( Watts River, Coldstream Brewery), Yarra Valley Dairy, Tarrawarra Art Museum, Artist galleries, Golf at RACV Country Club, Berry Farms, Cafes, Boutique shops and Marysville near by with Bruno's wonderful local sculptures, waterfalls and scenic beauty.
