Magnetic Cottage, a beautiful historic cottage, retains its rich heritage, while all the creature comforts are within. The cottage is located centrally, features the original four-roomed building plus a newly-built extension which includes two living spaces, two bedrooms, main bathroom, ensuite with double shower, modern kitchen, European laundry, sleep-out, courtyard with outdoor setting, umbrella and BBQ, and a hot/cold outdoor shower.
In 2017, my family moved to Port Fairy, and after a five-year love affair with the historic town, Port Fairy will always be our forever home - even while we currently live overseas. We can't wait for you to fall in love with Port Fairy as we did!
Magnetic Cottage is situated on the main street, just walking distance from Port Fairy's best restaurants and shopping precinct, and just a ten-minutes' walk to East Beach. Port Fairy is the perfect place to bring your bike and there are many beautiful places to walk or ride. Magnetic Cottage is just a few minutes' walk from the Rail Trail, all cafes and shopping.
