We’re refreshing our spaces with new paint, carpet, furnishings, and more from 23 August 2025 to 31 March 2026, weekdays 10am–3pm only. Guests are warmly welcomed during this time to relax and enjoy the Blue Mountains as we prepare for Lilianfels’ next chapter with Ardour Hotels & Estates in 2026. Set amidst 2 acres of gardens, the 5-star Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort & Spa is a grand country house providing luxurious accommodation in the Blue Mountains. It features 2 restaurants, an outdoor pool and luxury spa facilities. Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort provides boutique rooms with separate bath and shower and windows that open to fresh mountain air. All rooms are richly decorated with organza and silk and equipped with modern facilities including air conditioning, satellite TV/DVD and video player. Lilianfels Blue Mountains has 2 different restaurants that serve delightful gourmet meals and an extensive wine list. Darley’s Restaurant offers modern Australian cuisine in a romantic setting. It features beautiful stained glassed windows, original ornate fire places, crystal chandeliers and breathtaking views of the gardens. Guests can enjoy refreshing treatments at the Blue Mountain's spa retreat before a game of tennis on the outdoor tennis courts or a swim the stunning outdoor pool. The staff can arrange tours of the surrounding area. Guests can get close to nature through nature walks, cycling or canoeing. A valet parking service is available at a surcharge.

The fine print
Please note that breakfast is available for an additional charge of $39 per person, per day. To request breakfast, please use the special request box when booking or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. For children (4 to 12 years) breakfast is available for AUD $19.00 per person. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with Amex, Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 2.25% charge when you pay with a Diners Club or JCB credit card.

- Darley's Fine Dining Restaurant: open from 18:00 Tuesday - Saturday.
- Lilianfels Day Spa opening hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 - 18:00 Friday - Sunday: 08:00 - 19:00 Please call in advance to make any reservations for spa appointments, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that rooms only accommodate a maximum of 2 people; either 2 adults, or 1 adult and 1 child. There is no capacity for additional bedding or guests.
