Located at Summertown in the Piccadilly Valley only 20 minutes from the heart of Adelaide, Adelaide Hills House is a luxury self-contained accommodation experience with spectacular views across nearby vineyards. Ideal for one or two mature couples seeking a private luxury retreat with amenities, Adelaide Hills House is set amongst 1.5 hectares of manicured gardens. Includes gourmet kitchen, vegetable and herb garden, swimming pool, luxury bathtub, fireplace, smart TV and surround sound. It's the perfect spot for an anniversary or special couple of days hidden away! Adelaide Hills House is an historic stone cottage built in 1921. Sitting on a hill overlooking the vineyards below, the residence has recently been comprehensively renovated, refurbished and extended to the highest of standards. Comprising an open plan living and dining area with views, a private master bedroom suite with walk-in-robe and en-suite bathroom with double showers and bathtub (the King Suite), a second bedroom (the Queen's Study) and a second bathroom with shower, the residence is both spacious yet intimate. Adelaide Hills House has undercover car parking for two vehicles. Until December 2023, a (swimming) pool house is being constructed toward the southern side of the property. The work will not inconvenience guests.
Max arrived in South Australia in 2013 and immediately fell in love with the geography, the produce, the stories of local artisans and the clean air. I feel that Adelaide by 2030 will be recognised as one of the best places to live anywhere in the world. My absolute love is sharing my favourite spots with guests and generating friendships along the way.
Located in Summertown overlooking vineyards in the Piccadilly Valley, Adelaide Hills House is a scenic 20-minute drive from the Adelaide CBD. Guests will be rewarded with spectacular views and be within close proximity to the towns of Uraidla, Crafers, Stirling and Hahndorf.
