This 3 bedroom townhouse is perfect for small groups/families. Just a short stroll to shops, cafes and restaurants, is perfectly located for your beach holiday! Enjoy all the area has to offer, including the relaxing pool and BBQ area available for residents, your own walk way straight to the beach and the scenic and meandering bike path that runs all the way from Cabarita to Kingscliff.

Casuarina is a quaint seaside suburb just south of Kingscliff in Northern New South Wales. A short Uber ride from the Gold Coast Airport will bring you to a true hidden oasis with beaches that are never busy, plenty of restaurants and bars, friendly locals and a feeling as though everyone is perpetually on holiday. As for swimming beaches, you're spoiled for choice - there's a patrolled beach just to the north along the beach if you use the path from Pandanus Pocket which exits near the pool. If you want to check out other options, Salt (3kms north) is patrolled and Cabarita (3kms south) is also patrolled. Bring your bikes - there are many bike trails throughout the suburb and one main trail that runs along the beach all the way from Kingscliff (through Casuarina) to Pottsville. We would encourage you to get on a bike and explore - there are plenty of opportunities to stop for a coffee, cold drink or snack along the way. In this area, you're never too far from the water, so bring your swimmers and make a day of it. Near our property (approx 1km), there are a few key amenities such as a Coles, a chemist, a bakery and cafes.
