We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. -Maximum overnight guests: 7. Day visitors: up to 4 extra people (total max 11 on the property at any time). Written approval is required for any visitors beyond booked guests. -No smoking—evidence of smoking may incur a 500 AUD fine. -Respect our neighbours—no loitering outside, and please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 pm. -This is a strict no-party home. Breach of house rules may result in eviction without refund. -Late check-outs or early check-ins must be requested in advance and may incur a fee. -Date changes are only possible if your check-in is more than a month away and are subject to approval and possible surcharges. -We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of 110 AUD per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
