Our home is a fully renovated mid-century beach house featuring modern amenities and timeless character. Polished Tasmanian Oak floors flow throughout, leading to a generous open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that opens onto a beautiful hardwood deck. From here, you’ll enjoy sweeping ocean views and an uninterrupted canopy of pristine bushland stretching over the entire town of Bundeena. This unique vantage point is one of a kind. Below the deck, a native garden and trampoline offer a fun outdoor space for kids—and adults too. In the evenings, fall asleep to the soothing sound of waves drifting up from the coastline. Bedrooms Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed (Main) A serene main bedroom featuring a Queen bed, beautiful antique wardrobe, and a spacious ensuite with dual sinks, toilet, and shower. French doors open to views of the Royal National Park, and a dedicated split-system air-conditioning unit ensures comfort year-round. Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed This peaceful room includes a Queen bed, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, and an antique marble dresser, with tranquil views out to the National Park. Bedroom 3 – King Single Bunks Featuring two king single bunk beds, a ceiling fan, and leafy views of the Royal National Park. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are serviced by the main air-conditioning unit. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances—electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, and both Nespresso and Moka Pot coffee options. A built-in fridge/freezer, pantry, full cookware, dinnerware, and essential cooking supplies (olive oil, salt, pepper, and a selection of black and herbal teas) are provided for your stay. Dining & Living The dining area seats six comfortably. In the living room, a luxurious King Living feather-down sofa spans the length of the space, ideal for reading, relaxing, or watching TV while taking in expansive ocean and bushland views. You may even catch planes gliding into Sydney Airport—quietly from afar.

The house backs directly onto the Royal National Park and is just a 5-minute stroll to Bonnie Vale Beach and 8 minutes to Horderns Beach—two of Bundeena’s best. A network of stunning walking trails can be accessed from the property within minutes, making it the perfect base for nature lovers. Beaches Bonnie Vale Beach (5 mins walk): Calm, no waves and family friendly with nice picnic grounds. You can walk along the sandbar out past Mainbar from here and also access the Basin walk. Highly recommend! Horderns Beach (8 mins walk): main beach in town, family friendly, has some small waves at times. Shops and cafe’s are located at the southern end of the beach. Gunyah Beach (12 mins walk): small & quiet, one of our favourites Jibbon Beach (20 mins walk/3 mins drive) – Located at the Southern end of Bundeena, closest to the Pacific Ocean, has more waves. You can also access many other ocean beaches from this point as you walk along the coastal track. Activities Explore Royal National Park trails along the Coastal Track Short - The Balconies Medium - Wedding Cake Rock Long - Big and Little Marley Beach Figure 8 Pools - check Royal National Park Website for timings as you can only visit when tide is out. Very popular! Ferry ride to Cronulla (15 min ride one way) on Sydney’s oldest running private Ferry service. Have breakfast or brunch at Blackwood cafe! Chilli scrambled eggs are delicious! Rent a kayak at Bundeena Kayaks and explore the Basin or other inlets around Bundeena. Guided tours are available but please book in advance. Catch sunset at Jibbon Head lookout with some Fish & Chips from Vinegar Brown Paper. Food & Dinning Vinegar Brown paper - best fish and chips & burgers in town! Grab a coffee here as well The Gelato Factory - great for coffee, cakes and Gelato! The Salty Pearl - Bundeena’s only Bar Bundeena CSC - Club style venue with great food, drinks and lovely views out to the Ocean.
