Please note that Sea World opens at 13:30 on Anzac Day (25 April) and is closed on Christmas Day (25 December).
Limited car parking is available onsite (first come, first serve). Additional parking is available next door at Sea World Marine Park.
Security deposit is required at check-in. Credit card - $50.00 per night of stay allows you to room charge. On reaching this limit you must settle current charges. Further authorisation required for balance nights of stay to continue to room charge. Please note that digital forms of credit cards, google pay & apple pay are not currently accepted by the hotel.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
