Your hosts are Julie and Jason, a married couple who live locally, and their right hand woman Emma. On any given day, you’ll find Julie in the office, managing administration and overseeing that guests have a memorable trip. Jason is the photographer and maintenance hero. Their operations manager, Emma, corresponds with guests and organizes the housekeeping teams.

The house has free Wi-Fi access throughout, and a TV in the open plan living/dining room with a Chromecast. The property consists of 2 bedrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, a large scenic deck, a designated laundry room, and 2.5 bathrooms. Due to the steepness of Mt Nelson suburb, this property is regretfully unsuitable for disabled access. As well as the steep driveway, there are multiple internal staircases. Please keep this in mind when booking for someone elderly or someone with access issues. There is Unit underneath the house that is connected via a fire door in the laundry corridor. This will be locked and there is no access in-between 2 accommodations. However, the whole house advertised is available for your exclusive use. There is off street parking for the house, but the driveway is quite steep, so it may not be suitable for larger cars or cars which sit low to the ground. There is plenty of free on street parking if you're not confident with the steep driveway.
