THE SPACE Charming 1892 Heritage Home in Waverton Welcome to our beautifully preserved 1892 weatherboard residence, nestled in Waverton’s heritage precinct. This historic two-level home blends classic elegance with modern comfort, showcasing original floorboards, high ceilings, and timeless character. Ground Floor Enter via a peaceful leafy cul-de-sac and limestone path into an inviting hall with hanging space, a work desk, and designer chairs. To the left, the spacious living room offers three comfortable sofas, a TV, and a balcony overlooking the quiet street. A middle lounge provides an extra sofa bed for ground-floor sleeping. The main bathroom features a deep bathtub and a large rain shower. At the rear, a sunlit air-conditioned kitchen and dining area include a 5-burner induction cooktop, fan-forced oven, microwave, dishwasher, French-door fridge, washer/dryer, and a wooden dining table for six to eight guests. Upper Floor A skylit staircase leads to three bedrooms and a toilet/vanity. The master bedroom has a queen sleigh bed and private balcony shaded by a majestic eucalyptus. The second bedroom also offers a queen sleigh bed. Ducted air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the front section of the property, ensuring privacy and a memorable stay in a rare heritage setting.

WAVERTON Waverton is a leafy harbourside suburb rich in history and natural beauty. Once part of the early-19th-century Wollstonecraft land grant, the area has evolved while preserving its heritage character. Today it offers a unique mix of quiet village atmosphere, historical sites, and modern conveniences—perfect for visitors seeking both culture and easy access to Sydney’s CBD. Our home sits in a peaceful heritage pocket that feels like a hidden green gem. Tall trees line the hilly streets, and it’s not uncommon to spot kookaburras, parrots, blue-tongue lizards, bush turkeys, and possums right in the neighbourhood, creating a true escape from the city buzz. Despite this tranquil setting, Waverton is remarkably central. Waverton Station is only 500 m away, with trains reaching the Sydney CBD in just three stops. A short stroll east brings you to stunning harbour views at Lavender Bay and iconic Luna Park, while to the west lies the historic Coal Loader and scenic walking trails of Balls Head Reserve.
