Mountain Villa Rujište is a comfortable and luxuriously equipped villa in harmony with nature and natural materials located in the valley of Rujište mountain, surrounded by a forest of endemic Munika pine and isolated from the rest of the village. The interior of the Villa is perfect for large groups and-or large families. It covers 3 floors and has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a loft studio with 5 beds, one triple room, one double room and one single room, which makes it suitable for up to 12 people. It has two large bathrooms with shower cabins, a large and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment for preparing food inside the Villa, with cauldrons, saucers, electric skewers and 2 large barbecue areas in the outer part of Villa Rujište. The living room is connected to the kitchen in one compact space with a large fireplace. Each floor and each room has its own wood-burning stove, as well as a large balcony with fantastics views of Rujište. The outside part of the Villa is a magical place that includes the already mentioned large area for grilling, a covered part of the garden with a large table for dining and socializing and a tree house for the little ones. Villa Rujište is an ideal vacation spot for large groups, families and mountaineers, both during summer and winter. Villa Rujište does not have TV or internet since our goal is for our guests to spend time enjoying each other’s company, preparing food, immersing in the beautiful nature and silence. Villa Rujište has a large number of board games as well as a creative corner for adults and children. We recommend walks in the valleys of Rujište mountain, picking herbs for your own tea, and hiking to the biggest mountain in BiH – Prenj, as complementary activities during your stay in the Villa. Rujište mountain does not have a store, the nearest store is 15 km away from it. Rujište certainly has an excellent restaurant Snježna kuća, which is located a 10-minute walk from Villa Rujište.

Rujište is a true gem! The area is sparsely populated and the nature has been left almost intact regardless of the few mountain houses built. Rujište is a strating point for climbing the highest peak on mountain Prenj "Zelena Glava", as well as for the hike to the mountain lodge "Bijele Vode" also in Prenj (2h hike form the Villa). For those who are not very much into hiking big mountains, Rujište itself is a perfect location for long walk and mild hikes. It is situated on a very health-beneficial altitude of 1000m above sea level and it offers marvelous temperatures during summer time, providing with 10 degrees Celsius less than in Mostar, making it a true refreshment oasis during the hot summer days. Winter is an idyllic time when all Rujište in covered in deep snow and the fireplace is certanly the central place of gathering in the Villa. Spring and Autumn are simply beautiful, and the changing colours during both seasons are fascinating. Rujište mountain does not have a store, the nearest store is 15 km away from it. Rujište certainly has an excellent restaurant Snježna kuća, which is located a 10-minute walk from Villa Rujište.
