An apartment in a lovely small house with perfect location at the heart of the town and amazing view to the historical Gurko street houses, having all what a town visitor or a business traveler may need. The house is very cosy, situated on a quiet street in the town center. It is just a few minute walk from the main town street, the historical Gurko Street, the traditional craft street Samovodska Charshija, The Asenevtsi Monument, The Town Municipaltiy, Marno Pole town park, The Post Office building. Restaurants, cafes and nightlife are within a very short walking distance.

My family and I have lived in this picturesque town of Veliko Tarnovo for more than 15 years. We moved here from the big city and fell in love with the place as the town is so beautiful, people are friendly, streets are smaller and the distances shorter than the ones in the big city. We really enjoy living here. We are travelling a lot, have a caravan and love camping by the sea or in the mountain. As we live in the beautiful outskirts of VelikoTarnovo we decided to renovate this house so to have our place in the center of the town for our convenience when we need it. It was made with attention to every detail, lots of love and the idea that it should turn into a cosy and comfortable home in the heart of this beautiful town. The house has a really perfect location for your stay in the town no matter if you are a visitor for a couple of days or a business traveler. The main town street is just across a small street from the house. Just a few minute walk are the best restaurants in town, offering a great variety of cuisines, including traditional Bulgarian, too. Nice cafes and night clubs with live bands are at the same short distance. The historical Gurko Street with the traditional specific Veliko Tarnovo architecture is on not more than two minutes walk. From there or walking on the main street you can reach the famous craft street Samovoska Charshija and The Tzarevetz Fortress. The Asenevtzi Monument on the Yantra river bank and the Stambolov Bridge are less than 100 meters away from the house. The towns most famous park Marno Pole with its fountains and an open air theatre is very close by, too. During the summer lots of performances, concerts and shows are presented there. If you want to buy some local fruits, vegetables or honey, the town market is situated close to the park.
