Esqueça de suas preocupações neste lugar espaçoso e tranquilo, com família ou amigos, para aproveitar a praia, o mar, os lugares turísticos próximos, 15 minutos do Centro de Laguna.
Estarei disponível a qualquer momento para quaisquer sugestões, dúvidas ou problemas.
O bairro conta com associação que possui restaurante/lanchonete, bem como diversos eventos, principalmente durante a temporada. Há espaço para estacionamento de uns 04 carros na área externa (quintal), mais a parte de frente da casa, há sempre espaço na rua para estacionamento também. Bairro tranquilo, com praia extensa em que parte aceita passeio de carro e de animais de estimação, com eventos e refeições oferecidas na sede da Associação do bairro que fica a poucos minutos a pé, com diversos pontos turísticos.
