A Casa Girassol está localizada a 1 km do centro da vila de Conceição do Ibitipoca, 4 km da entrada do Parque Estadual do Ibitipoca e 500 metros da rampa que tem uma das mais belas vistas para o pôr do sol. Excelente localização, na entrada de Ibitipoca. Nossa casa foi decorada com muito carinho, buscando proporcionar para os hóspedes o máximo de conforto e uma excelente experiência. No primeiro andar da Casa Girassol tem uma agradável sala , cozinha americana equipada, um quarto com duas camas de solteiro e banheiro completo. No segundo andar fica localizada a suíte com uma cama de casal e uma varanda com uma bela vista. A casa ainda oferece duas vagas de garagem, muita privacidade e conforto.
A casa está localizada próxima ao Hotel Alphaville, a Estação de Arte Gerson Guedes e a rampa que tem uma das mais belas vistas para o pôr do sol.
