Special Notes: Haven Living is our family’s vacation home, designed as a safe, soothing space for all especially our children with allergies. For this reason, no pets are allowed. Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper; other items should go in the bins provided. Guests: Only registered guests may stay. Day visitors are allowed with prior notice and ID; no overnight visitors. Waste: Use our 3-bin system for general waste, recycling, and compost to help our garden and citrus trees thrive. Linen & Towels: Premium sets are provided; stained items (e.g., from hair dye) will incur replacement fees. Dark towels are provided for makeup or shoes. No Smoking/Vaping: Not allowed anywhere on the property for the health of all guests. Damage & Inventory: Any missing or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost, including international shipping if applicable. Items are for on-site use only. A Welcome Tray awaits you. Enjoy and relax! Kindly return it with all items. Services: Laundry, ironing, and dishwashing are available for a small fee.
