Summer is here and the best time to stay directly on Lake Simcoe. With a large dock and boat launch down the street its a boaters paradise. Visit the large beach and seasonal splashpad park across the street at Tudhope Park and Kawartha Ice Cream or the Mariposa Market for the best doughnuts around. Fall asleep in the included hammock, go fishing, swimming and kayaking (2 kids size) or paddle boarding (one adult size) End your day by the lakefront fire pit and gaze at the stars.

We are well located to find lots of activities in and around the city. Bike trails at tudhope park take you all the way into downtown, along Couchiching Beach. A great activity for the family Many other fun activities: Downtown restaurants and cafes Couchiching Beach Mariposa Market Scout Valley Trail Scales nature park The OPP museum Orillia Fairgrounds farmers market Stephen Leacock museum Casino Rama 10-15 minute drive You can walk to Tudhope Park or drive 3 minutes with ample parking. Getting around by car is easy. All amenities are close by, including shopping and entertainment.
