This cozy basement apartment is situated in a good neighbourhood, a great place if you are traveling with family/solo/a partner. *Commute* Bus stop-1 min walk Clarkson Go-5min drive *5 min walk for Basic needs* Walmart Shopper Drug Mart Subway Mc Donalds Goodlife fitness Public clinic Costco, LCBO, Petrol Pump - 2-5 min drive For emergencies, Credit Valley Hospital is a 5-min drive. Uber, Skip- just a click away from your phone :)
