A cleaning fee may apply if smoke or odors are detected. Private Areas The downstairs area, including the home theater and private suite, is not for guest use. The host has a separate entrance and does not share any space with guests. Guest areas are fully private. Kitchen Access Please do not use the main kitchen or dishwasher. A secondary kitchen is fully equipped and available for your use. Coffee Machine Do not use the built-in coffee system in the fridge area. A separate coffee machine is provided for guest use. Care for the Property Do not move furniture or misuse any equipment. Please report any damage or issues as soon as possible. Strong odors or damage may lead to extra charges after your stay. Check-Out Instructions Place all used towels in the bathroom. Dispose of trash in the black bin next to the garage. Pets Only one pet is allowed and must be approved in advance by the host.
