When you've had your fill of alpine sports, a community hot tub awaits to soothe your muscles and help you wind down. After dinner, turn on the gas fireplace and reminisce with loved ones over a glass of wine on the sofa. This condo is set in a peaceful cul-de-sac that feels secluded and private, yet it's mere minutes from the main drag of Whistler Village. If you have skiers in the group, good luck getting them off the mountain, as these runs are as good as it gets! For the warmer times of the year, play a memorable round of 18 at Whistler Golf Club or hike the miles of trails available in the surrounding area. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
