Ideally located, LUGANO CENTRO TERRAZZA is the perfect base to explore the main attractions of Lugano and be amazed by the beauty of Ticino. Just a few minutes’ walk from the city center and the train station, it perfectly combines the convenience of nearby services with the peace of a residential neighborhood.
Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright living room furnished in warm and inviting tones. The space is divided into a relaxation area, with two comfortable sofas (one of which converts into a double bed) and a TV, and a dining area with a table and chairs for four people. A sliding door leads to the kitchenette, compact but well-equipped with everything needed to prepare your favorite meals. A large window floods the space with natural light and opens onto a spacious furnished terrace—perfect for dining outdoors or relaxing surrounded by greenery, thanks to the comfortable chairs provided. Next to the living area is a spacious double bedroom, equipped with a practical wardrobe and a desk, ideal for working or studying in total peace. From here, too, there is direct access to the terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with both bathtub and shower, designed to offer maximum comfort.

The apartments are located in a quiet, residential area, well served by restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies, all within walking distance. The train station is just a 6-minute walk away and is a strategic hub, perfectly connected to key destinations in Lugano, the Canton of Ticino, and the rest of Switzerland, as well as being a departure point for numerous international trains. The lakeside and historic center of Lugano are about a 10-minute walk away. There, you can stroll through elegant cobbled streets, admire Piazza della Riforma—the vibrant heart of city life—and shop on Via Nassa, one of Lugano’s most iconic streets. The lakeside promenade leads either to the modern LAC cultural center (Lugano Arte e Cultura) and the Paradiso area, or in the opposite direction, to the picturesque Parco Ciani—one of the most beautiful urban parks in Switzerland, with manicured gardens, century-old trees, and a historic villa overlooking the lake.
How to get there:
By car, take the Lugano Sud exit from the A2 motorway and continue on Via Clemente Maraini. With GPS, the property can be reached in about 7 minutes.
By train, Lugano station is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment and is well connected to various Swiss destinations, as well as Como and Milan.
