Traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge direkt vom Fenster und Balkon und wunderschöner Ausblick auf das bekannte Viadukt der Rhätischen Bahn. Vom Entrée aus erreicht man das Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen, wo ein Schlafzimmer direkt angehängt ist. Ebenfalls vom zentralen Entrée aus zugänglich ist die Küche mit direktem Zugang zum Stall. Über die Treppe gelangt man ins Obergeschoss, wo zwei weitere Schlafzimmer (alle mit heimeligem Täfer) und ein Badezimmer untergebracht sind. Das Chalet steht auf einem 1600qm grossem bewaldeten Hang-Grundstück allein ohne direkte Nachbarn und bietet Ihnen viel Privatsphäre für Ihren Urlaub. Direkt vor dem Haus liegt die Strasse nach Arosa, abgrenzt durch einen Zaun. Kinder und Hunde sollten zu jeder Zeit beaufsichtigt sein, da häufig Autos vorbeifahren.
Tiefblauer Himmel - sonnige, echte Winter Stimmung. In der sauberen, kristall-klaren Berg- Luft tief durch atmen. Es lohnt sich. Ein herrlicher Genuss. Abstand nehmen. Tempo drosseln. Gegenwart ist jetzt. Es sich selbst mal persönlich " Gut gehen lassen" ... das gönn ich mir! 😊
Unser 1955 erstelltes Chalet mit Stallanbau wurde traditionell im Strickbau gebaut und hat 3 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche. Ein Schlafzimmer liegt direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ein Doppelbett 160x200. Hier liegt nebenan die einfache aber voll ausgestattete Küche (hier spülen wir noch von Hand: kein Geschirrspüler) Vom Haus aus erstreckt sich eine traumhafte Panoramaaussicht über das Schanfigg, mit Sicht auf das bekannte Viadukt der Rhätischen Bahn. Das Chalet geniesst den ganzen Tag herrliche Sonne und liegt 8km vor Arosa im heimeligen Walserdorf Langwies. Langwies ist Teil des „Walserweg Graubünden“, in Langwies gibt es einen Übungshang und Anfänger Schlepplift (langsam für Kinder gut geeignet). Das grosse Skigebiet von Arosa-Lenzerheide erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca 10 Minuten oder mit dem Bus (Haltestelle nur 100m vom Haus)
