Xarm Apartments was founded in 2010 in the beautiful city of Santa Marta, Colombia, by Sandra and Ángel, two Spaniards who fell deeply in love with this corner of the Caribbean and wanted to share with the world the magic that captivated them: its light, its people, and its natural charm. Located in one of the most iconic buildings in Santa Marta’s Historic Center and designed by architect Diego Barrera, these boutique apartments stand out for their contemporary style with Caribbean touches and exceptional attention to detail. They sit in the heart of the historic district, just steps from the beach, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Guests have elevator access to the rooftop, where you'll find two terraces with sea and mountain views, outdoor seating areas, sun loungers, showers, bathrooms and a Turkish bath (hammam). The building also features shallow pools perfect for children and a 24-hour tropical-style reception with private security. Upon entering the condominium, please note you must pay the access wristband, valued at twenty-five thousand Colombian pesos per person, payable only by card or QR code. After this, you can simply relax and start your stay with total peace of mind. The apartments offer a bright living area, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, between one and four full bathrooms (depending on the unit), Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and a workspace ideal for business travelers or digital nomads. All units include blackout curtains for better rest and pool towels. The building also features indoor pools surrounded by tropical vegetation and waterfalls, creating a fresh and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect for enjoying the city’s food and cultural scene. Just steps away you’ll find places like Agua del Río, Lulo, Gnam, Shio, Serena Bistro and Casa Magdalena, as well as local shops such as Santa Marca and Casa Tríada. The building includes a climate-controlled lobby, 24-hour security, elevator, backup power generator—very useful on the coast—parking in some units and a hospitality-trained team always ready to assist you.
