This home offers multi level distribution with 2 separate residences, closed car garage, pool & outdoor entertainment area. Each unit/bedroom apartment with its own full kitchen, bathroom and private balcony. Enjoy the comforts of A/C or you can open up the sliding  doors to enjoy the cool breezes and the sound of water from the seasonal creak off the property.  The pool & entertainment area is located 1 level below which is accessed through an internal “open aire” stairway. The pool area is elevated off the ground with a tile pool deck and overlooks a seasonal creek below.  Casa Amable is located in one of the most desired areas of Manuel Antonio due to its proximity to the ocean and walkability to restaurants.
