This beautiful house has a very private feel, set in lush, tropical gardens yet very close to town, the main surf break, other beaches for swimming. and restaurants. The house is comfortable, kitchen fully stocked like home, high speed wifi, comfy beds, A/C, a large tiled bathtub, private pool, viewing deck, and much more. A true jungle suerf escape perfect for friends, couples or families.
I have lived in Pavones almost 15 years and love being a host. It gives me great joy to get to share the beauty of the area with fellow travelers , surfers and nature lovers. My daughter is 8 years old and was born and raised here in our lovely little surf town community.
The house is located in the residential part of town, but only a short walk across the bridge to the supermarket, stores and restaurants. The area has a very charming, surf and beach vibe with small town feel. The community of Pavones is a mix of locals and expats from many different countries. It is a great place for avid surfers, beginner surfers, nature lovers, bird watchers, families, and low key or adventurous travelers.
