Welcome to our beautiful, modern and spacious villa, located in the secure gated community of Sunset Heights, on the east side of Curaçao. This villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, and is just 15 minutes by car from Punda, the city center. The living room is the heart of the house, fully air-conditioned and designed to let in plenty of natural light. It features sliding doors on two sides, allowing a perfect indoor-outdoor living experience. The large flat-screen TV is connected to TDS/FLOW, with access to BVN (Dutch & Belgian programming), along with many American and South American channels. Outside, you'll find a spacious covered porch with a large dining table and comfortable chairs, ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are also several smaller porches around the villa for relaxing in privacy. We’ve designed this home to be a perfect retreat, whether you’re here for a short break or an extended stay. We hope you enjoy your time as much as we do

Aqua Villa is located in the neighborhood of Sunset Heights. Sunset Heights is a community gated resort with 24/7 security. It is a very quite and relaxing neighborhood. This is a very safe neighborhood you will find people enjoying going out for a jog or even take their pets for a walk. Beaches and shopping centers are located about 15 minutes away by car and about 20 minutes away from the airport.
