Villa Grandi is a historic, fully walled private estate in the heart of Otrobanda, part of the UNESCO World Heritage district of Willemstad. Designed for group stays of up to 16 guests, the estate blends the charm of a restored landmark villa with the comfort and privacy of two contemporary garden villas - offering the ideal balance of being together while staying apart. The restored heritage city villa features high ceilings, original details and an authentic Caribbean atmosphere. Two modern garden villas complement the estate with bright bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, air-conditioning and outdoor verandas or patios. In total, the estate offers 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, providing comfort and independence for every guest. At the heart of the estate lies the private saltwater pool, surrounded by tropical planting, multiple terraces and inviting lounge areas. A shaded group dining area sits just behind the historic villa. The entire property is enclosed by historic walls and accessed through a secure automatic gate, ensuring privacy, quiet and safety within the UNESCO zone. Up to four cars can be parked inside the walls under a shaded carport, offering rare convenience in this historic district. Villa Grandi is located in Otrobanda, known for its colourful streets, colonial architecture and vibrant cultural scene. From the estate, guests can walk to the Queen Emma Bridge, the Kura Hulanda district, Rif Fort, Punda, Pietermaai and numerous cafés, restaurants, boutiques and waterfront spots. Beaches and bays are only a short drive away.
