The house The house was built in 2013 and we bought it in 2019. At least once a year we replace damaged and worn out things in the house and always try to keep it in as good condition as possible. We have been lucky to have very good continuity with the company that takes care of cleaning, pool and garden as well as renovations, they take care of problems as soon as possible if any problem has arisen with any guest. If you see anything strange please let us know and we will try to fix it immediately. Some guests are a bit rough and damage walls and pillars, but we try to repair this when we see it. Birds Guests often tell us that there is bird droppings on the terrace and on the stairs up there, and we clean there often and have scarecrows in several places, but the birds still come back, we ask guests to be lenient with what nature offers. Cats Cyprus holds its cats sacred and there are a lot of them around our house. The pool Leaves, branches, sand and insects are always in the pool and there is a net that you can easily remove these from the surface. The pool is cleaned once a week. The kitchen We have a door to one of the floor cabinets that some guest has broken, we will fix it but it looks a bit ugly. TV bench The bench has edge damage from normal wear and tear and the feet are damaged, we are aware of this and will buy a new one soon. The refrigerator Inside the refrigerator, the top holder in the door has broken and the freezer compartment is very small, only holds a little ice cream. We will invest in a new refrigerator that has a slightly larger freezer compartment. The bedrooms We have brand new beds and mattresses purchased in 2025. Bath and shower The faucets and sinks in the bathrooms are brand new in 2025. The showers are brand new in 2025, but there is a little rust on a part that holds the stand to the wall, we will fix this. Terrace door The door to the terrace has been repaired but is slow to open, open with both hands so it is easier.

It is a very quiet area and mixed with permanent residents and others who rent out their houses. The house is located on a dead end street and is very close to both shopping, restaurants and the sea with the beach.
