A cozy and equipped with everything you need apartment, located in the center of Brno: ✅Historical center within walking distance ✅Grocery store right in the building, supermarket 5 minutes walk from the house ✅Ideal for both short-term and long-term stay for 2 people ✅Studio apartment with a built-in kitchen (equipped with everything needed: stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave). ✅A comfortable double sofa for sleeping is located in the common area + there is the possibility to accommodate an additional person on a folding bed ✅Parking (public, paid) is possible in the parking lot opposite the house ✅Pets are allowed (up to 10 kg) with the payment of a refundable deposit (1000 crowns)."
