Rates are quoted in EUR; however, all charges will be settled in CZK at the front desk. For all prepaid bookings, guests are required to provide a credit card for pre-authorization, and the original credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in. In the event of early departure prior to the confirmed departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee.
LivingWell Health Club offers a range of fitness and wellness facilities. Gym access is complimentary for all guests. For reservations made as of 2 February 2026 (inclusive), guests may also enjoy access to the swimming pool, steam room, and sauna for 200 CZK per person per entry (maximum 4 hours, VAT included). Children under 12 years of age (up to 11.99 years) may enter free of charge; guests aged 12 and above are charged.

Please note that the swimming pool features Adults-Only (16+) hours from Monday to Friday between 6:00 am–9:00 am and 8:00 pm–10:00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays between 7:00 am–9:00 am and 8:00 pm–10:00 pm.
