SauerlandBookings is a German/Dutch family business and operates from Germany and the Netherlands. We are 2 sisters and share our passion for the Sauerland and our knowledge of online marketing. This has resulted in our website SauerlandBookings growing into one of the largest and most comprehensive websites in the Sauerland region. The website has been online since 2013. Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. The 3-room flat am Postwiesen is located on the ground floor and is entered through the central hall of the apartment complex Residence Astenberg. Through the entrance with guest toilet, bathroom and storage room you enter the cosy living room, furnished in a rustic style, with an open kitchen. The living room has a cosy sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed and gives you access to the balcony from where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and a spacious dining table. Both bedrooms have two single box-spring beds and enough cupboard space. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The children have also been thought of. Games, DVDs and toys are available for them. There is a camp bed with mattress. Bring your own towels and kitchen linen.

The apartment complex Residence Astenberg is located directly on the Postwiesen ski slope (Ski-in and Ski-out) and on the Rothaarsteig hiking trail. In the village of Neuastenberg, you will find several restaurants within walking distance (50 metres), as well as the ski school, lifts and ski rental. Near the apartment are many beautiful cycling and hiking routes. The Sauerland is known for its many cosy towns and beautiful natural areas. There are many attractions in the area. There is also plenty to do and experience for children. Nearby there is a go-kart track. A fun day out is Fort Fun, an adventure park with many attractions. The cosiness of Winterberg is a 10-minute drive from the holiday home.
